REFERENCE ONLY. (SOLD or NOT FOR SALE) Vintage Yellow This beautiful Vintage Yellow PRS is one of what are called the NAMM 20. Paul Smith took 20 guitars to the Summer NAMM show, the industry trade show, to announce the forming of Paul Reed Smith the company, and to display their stunning new instruments. NAMM 20 guitars have no serial numbers. The first serialized PRS guitars were those that were ordered at this show. PRS displayed both the Custom, like this one with a maple cap, and the PRS Guitar, which was all mahogany.
Like the Pearl Black PRS Guitar, the pickups have tape labeled T&B's. This particular piece has an especially beautiful one piece Michigan Maple top, and is in almost unplayed condition. )
